APOSTILLE

In Indonesia apostille is a form of document legalization used for international purposes. It ensures that the signatures, seals, or stamps on a document are recognized as valid by other countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention.

So that documents issued in one country—such as birth certificates, diplomas, powers of attorney, or company documents—can be officially used in another country without requiring multiple layers of legalization at the embassy.
