*Offshore means you’re still abroad or not allowed to enter the country until the evisa is issued
*Onshore means you’re in the country with an eligible visa and not allowed to leave the country until all process is done
*For offshore applicants, 90 days are allowed to enter Indonesia after the eVisa is issued.
*An EPO (Exit Permit Only) is required if you choose not to extend your KITAS; additional fees apply.
*A permanent address is required. Any change of address will incur an update fee for the KITAS.
*You must report a new passport; a fee will apply for updating your KITAS.
*For onshore applications, a single-entry or multiple-entry visa (excluding VOA) with more than 30 days validity is required, along with a sponsor transfer letter from your previous agent.
*VOA holders may apply by obtaining a bridging visa.
*Regarding the tax ID for the KITAS Holder, we advice you to consult with tax consultant before choosing the KITAS type
✅Permitted Activities
a. Carry out activities related to business, investment, and company establishment.
b. Bring eligible members of your family.
c. Conducting activities as a member of the board of directors or a member of the board of commissioners of the company in which you are investing
d. Study in Indonesia as long as you registered (in multiple activity stay permit procedure).
e. Travel to and from Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
f. Carry out activities related to tourism, and visit friends or family.
❎ Prohibited
a. Overstaying, engaging in prohibited activities, or breaking Indonesian laws
b. Doing activity that is not suitable with the stay permit.
c. You are prohibited from doing work that is not in accordance with the residence permit.
d. You’re only allowed to work as director/commissioner according to your position on the company
e. You’re not allowed to advertise service/products using a personal account
📄Requirements
1. Photo of passport (+6 months minimum validity) + Self photo (or proper selfie with wall background)
2. Permanent address in Bali
3. Bank statement of USD 2,000
4. Company’s bank statement
5. Company’s documents (Deed of Establishment, SK, NPWP, NIB, Detail Perseroan as a proof of investing IDR 10 billion/person)

a. eVisa does not guarantee entry.
b. We’re not responsible for your behavior, taxes, insurance, or illegal actions.
c. Stay validity is 6 months or 1 year upon arrival, not stated on eVisa.
d. Overstay fine: IDR 1 million/day. We’re not liable for overstay.
e. Regulations may change without notice, affecting processing and entry.
f. Price excludes extension fees.
g. No refund if visa is rejected or delayed due to immigration issues.
h. Book flights only after your visa is issued; delays may occur.
i. Price might be changed without prior notice due to official or unofficial fee adjustment.
